15b a workman ​that needeth not to be ashamed,

• A person who makes a commitment
• A person who devotes time and effort
• A person who is diligent
• A person who learns by experience
• A person who develops skills over time
• A person who matures (builds character) in the trade (discipleship)
• A person that demonstrates integrity
• A person that perseveres
• A good and faithful servant

that needeth not to be ashamed,

• That accepts the call
• That willingly denies self
• That makes progress
• That succeeds (by God's grace)
• That knows in whom he believes
• That trusts in God's power to save
